to be presented at the forthcoming OUR WORLD IN CONCRETE & STRUCTURES
33rd Conference on 25-27 August 2008 in Singapore.

following awards will be offered:
CONCRETE AWARDS
All accepted papers (except keynote and invited papers) will automatically
be reviewed and assessed for consideration in the Concrete Awards
Scheme for its originality and level of excellence, provided the text
is received before 15 June 08.

the first time, we offer the HOLCIM AWARD on a paper
on sustainable construction or development. Besides the normal recognition
plaque, etc this Holcim Award carries a ‘cash grant’ to
the recipient.
Besides
Prof N Otsuki to whom the conference has been dedicated to, a renowned
Professor from Switzerland on sustainable construction has been invited
to deliver the theme keynote paper.
