Paper Format Guidelines
NOTE:
PLEASE LIMIT YOUR TEXT to 8 PAGES inclusive of table, graphs and figures - even number of pages preferred if it is less than 8. (For Keynote Papers - up to 14 pages )
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT TEXT BY FACSIMILE - it is not acceptable for reproduction in the Proceedings.

1. MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
The manuscript must be submitted in triplicate (one original, one copy and, one electronic copy of the paper on a diskette or CDRom, please use MS Word format) together with the 'Transfer of Copyright and Publishing Agreement' duly filled not later than the DEADLINE to:

2. MANUSCRIPT PRESENTATION
The manuscript should be typed using single spacing and printed on one side of A4 paper. The page set-up margin should be 1 inch all round on A4 size (210 x 297 mm). Use Arial 10 point for the text. Do not type page numbers but number each sheet lightly near the top right, using a pencil.
3. TITLE
The first page should contain the exact title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s), the Organisation(s) they are affiliated with, and the Country. DO NOT INCLUDE the authors' title, positions, or degrees (eg Prof.,Head, Dr etc)
4. ABSTRACT
An abstract of the paper, of not more than 250 words , should be included and should state clearly the objective(s), scope and salient conclusion(s).
5. TEXT
The abstract should be followed by the main body of the paper. The main body of the paper should start with an introduction and the rest of the paper should be sub-divided into appropriate sections, and if necessary sub-sections, each with a relevant heading. The paper should end with a section entitled, 'Conclusions', in which the significant implications of the information presented in the body of the paper are reviewed. Indent 7mm (0.25 inches) for each new paragraph. Major headings should be typed in 10 point, arial, bold face, in title case, left justified and numbered 1, 2 etc. followed by a full stop.
6. REFERENCES
In the text, all references to books or articles should be numerically referenced and denoted by [1], [2]. etc. A list of references should be given at the end of the text, according to the order they were referenced to in the text. References to published papers should contain the names of all the authors of the paper, the title of the paper, the name of the publication in italics, the publisher's name, and the year of publication, and the number of the first and last pages separated by a hyphen. References to books should contain the names of all the authors, the title of the book in italics, the publisher's name, and the year of the publication or edition.
7. ILLUSTRATIONS
Number all illustrations in a single sequence i.e 1, 2, 3, .... Graphs, photos and diagrams should be professionally prepared; freehand and typewritten labelling is not acceptable. Submit them as glossy and black prints. Do not submit colour graphs or photos. All lines and labels should be clear and of sufficient size to be legible when reduced for publication The amount of lettering on a drawing should be reduced as far as possible by transferring information to the legend. Photographs should be supplied as top quality glossy prints. Any lettering, etc, must contrast well with the background.
8. LAYOUT
